Very professional taxi service and honest if they have a taxi available they will send it if not they will let you know some other service providers we tell you I will send you a taxi and wait for hours no one will show up

Absolutely TERRIBLE service in all aspects. I'd give 0 stars if I could. I called for a cab to get to the airport and the person who answered the phone wasn't even listening the first time I gave my address. Then he told me I'd get a cab within 25-30 minutes (even though the service is 15 minutes from my residence). 45 minutes later, still no cab. At that point, I called back and asked where my cab was and was told I would get a call from the driver to tell me where they were but never got one. I called the service back at least 10 times but nobody picked up. Plus they're outrageously overpriced. Just a complete lack of caring. I would strongly discourage anyone from using this company.
