On dec.23at 5:00 and it was very busy but checkout was great even though they busy. Getting thru aisles was not bad at all. Then today xmad eve went back to krogers around 11:00 am and breezed thru store, getting thru aisles was a little difficlt just because people stopped their bascarts wrong and people trying to walk thru was the problem. Was asked twice if i needed help, very appreciated. Ck out was quick. Tk u krogers.
Smaller store which can be nice but parking is a nightmare, especially when 1/3 spots reserved for high school. I am looking for new chain. Kroger 2nd lowest paying company in country and treat their employees horribly.
Clean, organized, and very friendly service here! They have a wonderful selection of produce, meat, fish, and more. The bakery and pastry section is full of little delights and friendly service. Doug was very helpful in picking out pastry desserts and friendly conversation. I definitely recommend this Kroger over others in the northern Kentucky area.
Parking is a nightmare and many of staff are rude. Especially front end staff. Need to take lessons from the staff at Ft. Mitchell Remkes on good customer service.They may have a pretty store, but the attitude of the front end staff is awful.
