I have had outstanding customer service from Signature Hardware and consider them the best company I have done business with via the internet and phone. Their products are also outstanding. I would rate them superb and believe they set an industry standard. I have bought complete two shower systems, a bath tub system and four bath vanity faucets with pop up drains and many towel hooks and towel bars. I have placed a number of orders and have returned a number of items simply because I had either accidentally over ordered for my home improvement projects or decided to use something else. The return process has been simple, fast, easy and accurate every time. I like my online account management too which allows me to see past orders and track shipping. Standard ground shipping is free and often results in products arriving in less than 24 hours. Return shipping was also free. I really like that I can order a matching collection from faucets to towel hooks and they have a good selection of finishes. The products work extremely well and are an exceptional value. We ordered an expensive double vanity set from Signature Hardware. The drains they sent were not long enough for the matching vessel sinks. This all came as a set but after 3 days of back and forth with customer service it still is not resolved. They have suggested we grind the sinks down a bit, or run over to Home Depot and pick up the correct drains. Our plumber has been out at $300 an hour, but will have to come back with another bill if and when we get the correct parts. We purchased this as a SET so everything would work together! I could have pieced together a set at HD or Lowe's but I bought from Signature to avoid this nightmare. We have company coming this weekend and our bathroom is "out of order"
I have ordered multiple items from SH, and their customer service is outstanding! They carry quality items, and if there are ever problems with a product, getting replacement parts is extremely quick and painless.
My faucet quit stopping the flow of water from the spout when I used the sprayer attachment. After checking online videos it was obvious the problem was the diverter. Called Signature Hardware from whom I bought the faucet, connected to one of their plumbers who confirmed it had to be the diverter. He confirmed my lifetime warranty and offered to express the part if it were an emergency. I told him regular shipment would be great. They sent a replacement free of charge. It arrived. I installed it. Problem solved.
Missing parts out of the box! They robbed Peter to pay Paul with the missing part. So the next person who orders this faucet is in the same boat as me. said it was 3 days until delivery. Didn't ship for 9 days after ordering. They did not notify me of the delay even though I said we are in the middle of a renovation and need this right away. They shipped it fed ex ground which takes 6 days on top of the 9 days where it didn't ship. No, sorry about that, no nothing. I had to call them to complain. They gave me a whopping 10% back from the purchase and sent another piece next day delivery to my house. This was one faucet. I couldn't imagine ordering anything else from them. They had one job to do... and missed the mark. Use another supplier.
