unreliable. Almost impossible to communicate with. Never went all the way through with my traffic ticket case. Basically got my money and was pretty much ignorant to my case afterwards. I am international and was really counting on him for my cases in Indiana and KY because I could not find another local lawyer that was barred at both states. I was on my own %95 of the time during my case. Now I am spending more money trying to expunge my charges due to the lack of work he did with me in the first place. He made me feel so worthless. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Incredibly unreliable.
I frequently go 1-2 weeks without a response to emails or phone calls. Its not even that I contact him often, more or less every month or 2 and every time he leaves me pulling my hair of frustration.
8 days ago I was notified by my wife that we have been court ordered to mediation and it had to be scheduled within 10 days. I have still not been able to speak with him about it. His office just says that they will forward the message to him. He does not respond to emails. He does not return calls.
My wife and I contacted Mr. Moser for assistance in filing with the state of Kentucky for our new business. Kevin was very helpful and made the process clear and simple for us to understand. He’s rates were very reasonable and the entire process was completed quickly. I would highly recommend.

He advised me to stop paying my mortgage due to the fact I could not afford it alone because "you should be able to sell it before then." Before we could even get the home on the market--due to his inability to contact her lawyer--we were being pressured with foreclosure paperwork. All he does is apologize and give excuses as to why it is taking so long.
