I came in with my fiance to pick out a ring. I had never tried anything on and he didn't want to go blindly. I knew I wanted a wide band with a diamond head on it - that doesn't exist. Thankfully Lisa was about to help us create my dream ring! Anytime I've needed a repair or had a question answered it's been a pleasant experience.
Awesome staff! Great deals, very clean store. Most definitely my favorite place to buy my jewelry. Thank you for setting an example for what customer service should look like. You set the bar high. I will most definitely be a repeat customer.
I have been coming to this location for a few years and I've never had a bad experience. The jewelry stores at the Florence Mall are too pushy for me, always trying to make a sale and move onto the next customer.. so I really appreciate the time the workers here are able to spend helping me find something I like and within budget. Nancy and AJ are both extremely sweet and helpful!
The team in this store is the absolute best! I feel so welcome every time I walk in and they treat every customer like friends or family. It doesn't feel like the typical sales experience in this store. Rather than pushing sales on you, they help you make the best decision, even if that decision is to not buy. I love not feeling pressured to buy while knowing I'm going to get the best, most knowledgeable advice. This type of atmosphere makes me more willing to buy than if I was getting the typical pushy sales experience. This store is top notch and I would never go anywhere else!!!
This Christmas I went to Kay's on behalf of my dad to "get something nice" for my mother. My dad nor I had anything particular in mind, but when I went to Kay's they were extremely friendly and helped me pick out the perfect gift! AJ found the perfect necklace within minutes and another co-worker wrapped the gift beautifully (I do not know her name but she did a fabulous job!). My dad never even saw the necklace until mt mom opened it on Christmas Eve. He was very excited and appreciative because the necklace was perfect for my mom and she loved it! Thank you Kay's for your Christmas spirit and helping us pull off a lovely gift!
